All cats must be up to date with their annual vaccinations (administered at least 14 days prior to staying at the cattery) and their flea treatment. Please bring your vaccination card with you when checking in your pet

We reserve the right to administer treatment if fleas or worms are detected. The cost will be added to your bill.

Please notify us of any dietary requirements or issues, existing health problems or medication requirements at the time of booking.

All medication, prescription diets and associated medical equipment that your cat requires must be supplied by you and you should ensure there is sufficient quantity to allow for unforeseen circumstances, such as an over-stay)

For a first-time booking, a non-refundable deposit of £30.00 is required, which will be deducted from the final invoice

If a booking is cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice a cancellation fee of £20.00 will be due. With 4 days or less notice, or non-arrival, the total boarding fee will be due, unless a replacement booking can be made

If you wish to collect your cat before the arranged departure date, this can be agreed, but the full booking fee will still be due.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to collect your cat on the agreed date. We will try to continue to accommodate your cat as far as possible, depending on the availability of chalets.  Extensions to the booking will be charged at the normal rates

Payment of boarding fees can be made in cash on collection of your cat(s), or bank transfer when dropping off your cat(s).

For long term boarders, interim payments may be required. An invoice will be issued which is payable within 7 days of issuing.  This can be discussed at the time of booking.

All cats (max 4) sharing accommodation must be from same household and be compatible. We will request pre-authorisation to allow us to separate or mix cats from the same household if required.  We will notify you if this becomes necessary.

Should your cat require veterinary treatment during its stay, we will endeavour to contact you beforehand. If we are unable to contact you or your emergency contact, we will take your cat to your regular vet, if within a 10 mile radius, or to our local vet, if not.  We will continue to try to contact you with updates. We will require a veterinary authorisation form to be signed when checking in your cat

Veterinary fees are the responsibility of the owner. Full receipts and documentation will be provided, if required for insurance purposes.  Settlement of any veterinary fees are to be made on collection of your cat.  There will not be any charge for transporting your cat to the vet.
